The service was truly excellent. Even though I wasn’t able to answer the delivery driver’s question about the landmark, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

I was genuinely surprised that they managed to deliver even to such isolated and remote areas... that was really impressive. On top of that, I placed the order just the day before, or possibly even the same day considering the time difference from where I was ordering... which makes the successful delivery even more remarkable.

Most importantly, the delivery was completed exactly as planned, and I truly appreciate that.

This was my 1st time ordering through this company. When ordering I picked the vase, candy, balloon. I didn't know that what I did was double up on those items. They contacted me to make sure that I wanted the extras. Then they contacted me stating that what I ordered was unavailable due to the amount of orders. They sent me pictures of what would be available. That was fine, but then they didn't get the shipment they expected so they could only put 10 roses in the bouquet. They sent me pictures of flowers that they could put in to replace the roses they were short of. My girlfriend sent me pictures and the bouquet looked amazing, plus she was happy and that's all that matters. They are refunding the money for the extras that I didn't intend on adding. The communication was amazing. I'll order from them again!!
