Delivery Information
We offer delivery six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
We always strive to deliver your order on the requested date and to the specified address. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide complete and accurate delivery details.
Important Delivery Notes:
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases, or airports.
Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed by 2 PM (Monday to Friday) and 1 PM (Saturday).
No deliveries on Sundays.
Some remote locations, such as Sulu, Camiguin, Cagayancillo are not eligible for same-day delivery and may require an extra day for arrival.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. We recommend checking your inbox (including your junk/spam folder) and notifying us promptly if any amendments are needed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
All bouquets are personally delivered by our partner florists using their own transportation. Orders are handed directly to the recipient or an authorized representative.
Once the order has been delivered, ownership transfers to the recipient, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage after this point.
Hospital & Funeral Deliveries
Hospital Deliveries:
Not all hospitals accept flower deliveries. It is the sender’s responsibility to confirm hospital policies before placing an order. For successful delivery, please provide the patient’s full name and ward details. We are not responsible for bouquets that cannot be delivered due to hospital restrictions.
Funeral Deliveries:
For funeral orders, we require the name of the deceased and the funeral time. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
